Los Tres Amigos (116710 and two travel buddies, ALS + JLC)

Stuck at the United lounge in Houston for the next few hours and thought I'd share a quick snap of this trip's travel trio:

Although the 116710 is without dispute the WORLD'S BEST TRAVEL WATCH , I must admit this svelte german fraulein has my heart:

Nice to see watches travelling with their owners.....

Always seems such a shame to leave them locked up at home.....

Fantastic travel trio by the way....

Very nice trio. But why all three? And are you heading out or home?

As with most things horological, it has very little to do with the head, and everything to do with the heart :)

These are just the ones that "sang" to me most as I filled up my three-watch travel case last week. Next time it might be (proll'y will be!) a different three...although the GMT is pretty much a staple of any cross-zone travel for me.

Headed home -- that is, my temporary home for the past few years -- overseas in South America. Visiting the USA this week made me miss good Tex Mex, college basketball, Clint Black, and cold weather.

Have a good trip "home."
