I had the same experience when I purchased my GMT from an AD, sales guy and I couldn't find it. Only took me another week to find it!
I think the LEC is a neat little feature/trademark and I hope Rolex doesn't discontinue it. |

I have 4 Rolex watches. I was only able to see it in one. The one that I bought from a reputable seller here. The other 3 I got from a Rolex AD. So go figure!
Don't worry. I'm sure your watch is genuine. Post pictures so we can share your joy. |

I have no idea what "zero lex" is. I asked my iPad, and it doesn't know, either. Sorry. My iPad's bad.

Wow!!!!
Have you ever seen an etched Logo jump out at you like THIS?
As suggested by the sagacious members of this Forum, I used a green laser as an acute angle, and WOW! |

Finally found mine after a week of looking. What worked for me was to look at the watch from the 3 o'clock side while shining a white led torch at low angle from 12 o'clock. Then I slowly tilted the watch away (towards 9 o'clock) and it became visible when the watch was tilted perhaps 15 degrees. If the watch was flat I could not see it at all. Cool feature!
