tag monaco

what movement does this watch have. Is it eta. my power reserve dont last very long when it is take off.

Most TAGs are fitted with ETA movements...not sure about the Monaco though.

The best way to check the power reserve of your watch is this way....

Give the crown around 40 turns and park your watch in one place after having noted the time and date. Check again about 48 hours later and see the results as to when your watch has stopped. That will give you the real PR of your watch.

I make it a habit to test all my new watches when I get them for the PR thingy.

With Rollies, I get around 47 hours (using the same kinda test I've described above).

With an ETA movement, you should get around 46.

Rolex is usually about 40 to 42 hours when completely wound.
