small watch with 2 time zone

My sister has small wrist. Explorer and GMT might be too big for her. Any suggestions (can be any brand) for a small/mid size lady watch with 2 time zone?

With fashion and style bein what it is over sized watches are the thing on women.
I've seen watches that look like a hub cap on a strap being worn by smaller ladies.
Explorer II 16550 / 16570 is a great watch with GMT feature
I love mine and like the fact that you don't see it on every other wrist the way you do a GMT or a Sub
