Bracelet stretch--your opinions.

I have a preowned 97 TT Sub, that was like new when I got it almost a year ago. The hologram was still on it and still in pretty decent shape. How much distance between the links would constitute stretch on an Oyster bracelet?

Also, it would be my guess that gold would stretch more easily than SS, correct?

And, with normal, daily wear how many years would one expect to wear a bracelet like this before stretch was noticeable?

Naturally, SS is stronger than gold, so you'd wanna take extra care to wear you watch SNUG when it's a TT watch (snug meaning that you can just put your little finger under the clasp).

Washing your Rolex regularly combined with a snug fit would make the bracelet much less proned to stretching issues.

With normal wearing habits and properly maintained, a TT Oyster bracelet can last for a generation or more.
