That explains why the bracelet does not fit flush against the lugs and case. I questioned him several times about the bracelet and he insisted it was original. He flipped open a rolex book looking through it to try and confirm the proper bracelet. I'm not a vintage person by any stretch but I was not certain the oyster lock was available on a 1968 GMT. Another great catch guys! Thank you. Sounds like it is way overpriced and misrepresented.
I think I'll keep searching. Any reputable vintage dealers recommended? . |
