My mom has never had a Rolex, and the other day she commented that everyone in the family but her had one. So I started the hunt.

She wanted a vintage watch, gent's size that she could wear with shorts, or to a dinner party. We settled on a SS 1601 and she started looking through websites at the multitude of dials. Clearly, the one she liked shows she is a natural born Rolex geek.

I put up a WTB ad and a new seller to our forum named Jessie (jvmartin) responded that he had 2 to choose from. He didn't have the dial she wanted but he sourced it within a day. I requested that he make a minor mod to it (switch y gold coronet for w gold) which he promptly did. He also had the original hands painted black. My mom doesn't have the best eyesight so this will assist her.

She made her selection on Tuesday and the watch was delivered today! Excellent and extremely fast service, excellent communication, and a great price! I strongly recommend Jessie as a first-class seller.
