Black, as the white looks archaic. Just my opinion - perhaps you should poll this thread.

Get what you like.

I like the smooth stick. I love blue so that's what I went with. Between black and white. I would do white. Just feel that it is good for any situation whereas black seems a little more formal. Can't go wrong with either though. Wonderful time piece.

Thanks all for your input. Got the watch yesterday afternoon. My AD has a good selection so I was able to compare side by side each option. After spending over 2 hours in the AD making my choice I went with black concentric. The white stick is very nice and is still my second favourite DJ dial but in person side by side that concentric dial looks amazing. The pics of it look great but if you haven't seen one in person I encourage you to check it out. Also after seeing all the options in person I ended up leaving with a 116234 on an oyster instead of a 116200 on a jubilee which I was very surprised about. The fluted bezel isn't something I had really been interested in but it looked great on the watch, seems to make the case look more classic DJ look and seemed to give the watch a more "finished" appearance if that makes sense. I had also been heavily favouring a jubilee but when I tried them on side by side the oyster matched well with the slightly more sporty black concentric dial and seemed a little more versatile for dressing up it down. This will be my daily wear so needs to go with any look. Plus being a 116234 it also has the roulette wheel which is sadly no longer available on the 116200. Very happy with my choice and probably more content with this one than any other Rolex I has purchased in the past (maybe that's because it was being bought for me though lol). Quick cell phone picture attached.

Congrats, love the roulette wheel! Good choice for something you'll keep forever, it'll go great with everything!

I think I like the black best in this case. I do like lighter dials.

For better legibility I think a solid black dial with sticks work better than what you are looking at.
