FS: RARE 14K Rolex 6234 Anti-Magnetic Pre-Daytona, Box, Hangtag, Letter of Provenance

Rolex Anti-Magnetic Pre-Daytona
Ref: 6234 (Inside caseback stamped "6234")
SN: 57xxxx. Circa 1959. Numbers are all very clear and readable.
Case: 14KYG, Smooth Bezel, as found and untouched.
We did not detail the watch, and the lugs have what appears to be the original satin finish.
Caseback has very good teeth and features the initials of the previous owner,
along with the date when he received the watch from his father (the original owner).
Dial: Nice Original Silver "Anti-Magnetic" Dial, Arrowhead Markers, Dead Lume,
Blue Telemeter ring. Dial has nice even patina, lettering is perfect with no paint loss. Gold Dagger Hands.
Movement: Valjoux 72A. Movement has not been serviced but it appears to be running strong and has good amplitude.
The inside caseback does feature a single watchmaker's mark with what appears to be the date of May 1988.
This coincides with the date engraved on the caseback when his father gave him the watch in June 1988.
Band: On the original 14KYG Oyster Rivet STRETCH-style (very tight) C&I Bracelet with 12 links.
Date Code on the bracelet clasp is "7-62", endpieces are also stamped "14K" as is the final (center) link on the 6 o'clock side.
AND as a BONUS I'm including a very soft Horween Shell Cordovan Leather strap fitted with a YG Rolex tang-style buckle.
Accessories: Comes with the original coffin-style Rolex box, Caseback sticker (affixed to inside of box)
Paper hangtag (featuring the ref# serial# and "14K").
Also comes with a detailed LETTER OF PROVENANCE (pictured below) detailing information from the previous owner.
