Well, a number of members have PM'ed me asking how this came about, so......

Rolex Canada contacted all their area AD's, advising them that as Gold sponsor of the Rogers Cup they'd be inviting AD clients to attend throughout the week of the event. Each AD was to make up their list of preferred clients and submit their desired attendance date. As the private suite has capacity for about 20 or so, some were provided tickets for midweek or Saturday matches. Only a few could be accommodated on Sunday for the finals, hence the "we may not be able to satisfy all your requests".

BTW, something I was remiss in not adding to the original post is that Mr. and Mrs. Royce were superb hosts, and made us feel very welcome.
