For certain cities, yes:

Just patiently waiting now for the secondary market to drop. It may be another year. We'll see.

Still don't understand why the secondary market prices haven't come down. It's not hard to find and never has been

I bought one in Toronto in July. I got 15% discount. The watch was in the back. There were none in the display case.

I think this all a ruse to make the watch appear hard to get and of course this helps their margin. I think the word is out now that they are readily available and people can expect a reasonable discount if they cross shop.

Discount?? I'll be there tomorrow.

Can't even find one in my area with many ADs...and certainly no discounts to be had.

It's never been hard to get one once they starting showing up in the states, at least in my area. They are everywhere.

If one came for sale on forums NIB with 15% discount I'd buy it tomorrow.
