I have owned both. I prefer the Sub in the ceramic era and the GMT in aluminum.

GMT II..... Had the same dilemma but figured liked the GMT but ill end up buying the SubC as well so the decision was less difficult! :)

The GMT is slightly more comfortable with it being lighter and a different case. The subC is nice where you can make micro adjustments with the glide lock.

Cosmetically between these two I have, I find the BLnr to have more wrist presence for weekend use. I like my subC for its simplicity.

Tough choice but if you can do one first I would do the GMT as it has a complication you can use when you travel. More use out of tinge watch, unless you dive close to 300m!!

I have the same boots plus many others, have always loved that brand's offerings. TRF is hardly the redwing crowd though.

Have owned both, miss the Sub the most.

Mainly because of the brushed center links and clasp.
