If you really want a quick dry, then you need to try G.Lalo writing paper. Look at my reviews on the inks and this paper.
It is partly made of cloth, but the paper is thicker as well, so at your own risk if you wish to use this paper for printing. In addition that paper is as pricey as the Fiorenza. Pricey per page also. So if you need scrap paper, use cheaper alternatives.
