Not necessarily true -- this happens when a tech doesn't take the proper time/rushes to re-attach the bracelet.

Do you think the RSC is going to place painter's tape on the backside of the lugs to avoid these scratches? I seriously doubt it. However, the careful watch owner that takes his/her time and uses proper precautions can (and will) avoid these unnecessary scratches.

Got to be from taking the bracelet off/on. No big problem, get a satin refinishing pen from bergeon, it will fix it.

I found that the Bergeon scratch pen did not match the satin finish on the underside of the lugs well.
