So its a new YM2/YM1 sea dweller/dj2/bnib TT subc or gmtc/bnib hulk/bnib blnr/ used presidential 18238/2 bnib milgausses/ explorer 2 42mm ( you can get 2 new for to 14k) OR a bnib Daytona. Etc etc etc

I would send the band to be fixed by Michael Young and temporarily put it on a nice rolex strap with gold buckle.

If you have the money for the new bracelet, I think a good option would be leather strap for granddad's watch and spend the balance on a new SS Sub or Date Just and start a new family heirloom. Just a thought.
