i think its fantastic ,,, id be in there tomorrow ,,, just 775,000 reasons why im not the customer. some of the interior decor is a bit ,,,, sort of ,, trippy , think it needs a refresh , but some of it it great too.

Well, I can tell you that because this home is soooo unique that the furnishings are probably negotiable. This home has been sold a few times in its existence and it always takes awhile to find a buyer.
Houses in Upstate NY are very affordable (one of the few advantages we have) and for that kind of money you can own almost a mansion on a large lot overlooking Lake Ontario, if that's what you want.
