So the pens are unpacked and tested out.
One pen is for my father as a belated Father's Day present and the matching pen is for me. Sailor 1911 profit large with gold accents and a broad nib for the father. Sailor 1911 profit large black luster limited edition with medium nib. I chose the black luster as I'm not a fan of gold for the use of this pen. I want it to be understated and I don't like matte finish on pens. The all black with ion plated on the 21k gold nib is nice and subtle. Plus the grip section is metal which apparently makes writing easy for long periods of time. I wanted the broad nib but couldn't get mine in broad. Now the pics. |

Congrats! Those are very nice! I have a Sailor 1911 Mini in black with gold trim, Broad Nib (writes like a European Medium) that I absolutely love. I think you'll be very happy!
