Montblanc Starwalker Fineliner from Mr. Porter. Authentic?

I purchased this Starwalker from mrporter.com which is listed as an authorized dealer on the Montblanc website. My warranty card was not stamped on arrival. I am new to Montblanc, so I want to make sure that my pen is authentic.

Here are some pics. The serial number looks to be appropriately placed. Under the clip is written "Made in Germany" which seems consistent with what I have read.

Brad, I'm not an expert so I can not be certain if it's real or not...but from the photographs it does look good from here. If they are listed and designated as an AD for MontBlanc I doubt they would send you a fake because of their reputation and if it were fake they would lose their AD status.....

If you have a local AD who you can take it for authentication...by all means I would go to give myself peace of mind...as for the warranty card being blank someone probably just forgot to fill it out. Also I just checked and the current MB Fountain pen that I am carrying everyday does not say made in Germany under the pocket clip. And it was bought from a company owned Retail store!!!

Thanks, Leo. I'll swing by the Montblanc store and get it checked out.

Brad...

Per the photos that Starwalker is authentic, but you do need to pummel your MB dealer for not stamping that card!

There have been some authentic MB dealers that have been "accused" of selling some very nice Chinese knock offs. Get it right.

:)
