Patrizzi dial?

Hello to forum readers, I just bought this watch today, couldn't let it go by, I am not a Daytona expert, this 16520 has an S series and I believe this is one of the series of Patrizzi dials, my question, is if this is dark enough to be considered a Patrizzi?, all comments welcome!!! thanks

Dark and lovely. When a watch speaks to you like that, you need to move quick.
Well done.

Thanks! Yes honestly quite glad I DIDN'T think! Came to find a pin missing from a jubilee bracelet and ended up with a watch!! Right there staring at me waiting to be adopted! The way this hobby is going I am going to have to hide my bags when I get home haha! Comments are good confirm! Guilt less now.

That is beautiful congrats. Was it priced accordingly with the patrizzi dial taken into account?

Congrats on a very nice example of a 'patrizzi' 16520! $11,900 was a very fair price.

Yes the Daytona is a great watch but the so called Patrizzi dials do nothing for me.

Thank you all for your comments, the more I see it the more I like it, one of the very few "modern" Rolex that I would consider owning (vintage to me is 30+ years among other things). And yes I agree price was not a steal but a very good deal.
