The fonts on the dial look different from what I am used to see on ceramic subs:

See the spacing in the line "1000ft = 300m".

But in a minority of pictures of what I believe to be genuine watches, the spacing is similar to yours so I'm not sure...

Maybe the dial changed depending on the year of production ?
Someone more informed will be able to explain.

Never mind!!
After some research, there can be subtle differences in fonts among the same model, even for ceramic ones. I didn't know.
The fonts looked a bit off at first as they were different from mine, but it seems not to be a sign of a fake. Sorry for the confusion.

Looks real to me but I'm no expert. I do own one and they look similar.

Fake. The hour hand looks suspect and the paint seems to be peeling around the "50" on the ceramic bezel

Yeah I don't have ceramic and have beat the crap out of mine yet no visible wear without a magnifying piece. There are too many little things that don't look right including the crown guards look short to me but I have a Z serial so a little different.

Also notice the lack of crown engraving at the 12 position. It looks like a circle in the OP watch. Is that something Rolex uses and is it always lined up perfectly?

Edit. I found that the engraving is always perfect on the inside which contains the crown at 12 prefect and a few other letters line up perfectly with numbers.

There's a lot wrong with that watch to my eye, but I don't want to make a particular declaration.

Suffice it to say that it looks suspicious enough to walk away or if you already own it, take it to a Rolex certified watchmaker and have it verified.

I don't feel good about it at all.

Dont buy... Something is not OK. I can not say is Fake but suspicious.

Before buy always ask rolex serial number and contact rolex retailer... Simples has that to avoid 50% of the problems... Also ask one photo where is possible check the serial number (because he can indicate one he found on internet).

Also dont believe in all write on internet. Because some one tells is Genuine , dont do it "be genuine", and also if people say is fake , can be fake but some times (dificult cases) can be original...

Exact same opinion. Some times is just need one phone call and one serial number , and this limitates many problems also
