Weight of Explorer I versus Explorer II

Has anyone ever checked this in the current models?

I imagine the Explorer I would be a good bit lighter than the Explorer II.

I have noticed that the Explorer II seems to way about the same amount as a Subc, but the feel is totally different.

I have both, Exp II and Sub-C, and although I don't have a scale that can measure them accurately, I would say that the Exp II is 10% heavier than the Sub.

You are probably correct Tri-Tip. I was forgetting the comparison was with a tt Subc.
That would make a difference. I suspect that a tt would have to weigh more compared to ss
