Can anyone tell me more about this Brevet rolex

Is the + on the crown the way they did it before the underline? Also looks kinda neat with the "brevet" written between the lugs. I'm not planning to buy it but I thought I'd share

Oh I don't want to buy it, I was just wondering more along the lines of whats so special about a brevet?..But since we're on the subject whats a decent price for one of these things?
