I just learned about these bracelets last week myself. I have a post going on about it titled "ladies jubilee bracelet".
Yes it is real, in the 60's and 70's apparently Rolex contracted a USA based company to make their bracelets to save on taxes on importing "complete" watches. I guess without the bracelet they could import them as "watch parts" saving on the import tax. |
