Great photos Gus
I love the way that the Arabic numbers stand out against the dial. And again how different the dial looks on the 5711 using differnt photo techniques.

5170 and 5711: two masterpieces of design and functionality. And then there is the Sub. You definitely have exquisite tastes in watches.

http://www.strappedfortime.com/shop/...te-finish/150/ lots of options and customizable. i have a dark brown on its way to use for the aquanaut and the 5170, the speed pins make swapping straps a breeze. also like, but haven't used them yet http://www.camillefournet.com/en/cre...r-watch-strap#

Great pics and collection Gus my friend, big congrats, very well rounded and well thought, I'm not a chrono guy but for a chrono it is a beautiful one and the other 2 Patek I love plus a sub C no date that's really a classy collection IMO, well done Gus
Also Gus what are "speed pins"? It's special pins you had installed specially? I would like also to be able to change straps on my 5726 without having to go every time to Patek salon or AD but am afraid to do it myself and scratch the watch. These "speed pins" did you get them through Patek or did you order somewhere else? Thanks in advance for your reply |

thank you all so very much for the kind words here are some pics of the speed pins (not sure how patek refers to them?) they are standard with some patek straps and a stock option from strapped for time. the black strap is Patek the brown strap is strapped for time. the pins make swapping out the strap a pleasure well as i write i just had the opportunity to see the black dial release of the 5170G, i like it very much, the leaf hands bring it that much closer to many of the vintage pieces (but they were mostly white dial), interestting choice to remove the pulsometric scale and even more interesting to tweak each metal they have released so far, making the differences more than just the metal … at this time i can say i like each one of them
