That is not B level.
With all due respect, I know quite bit about boxing as I have been a USA Boxing certified trainer for close to 20 years. I've trained 4 national golden gloves champions in addition to a few pros. Kostya Tszyu was a great fighter indeed. For me to consider someone A level they have to be quite spectacular. Mayweather, Pacquiao (5 years ago), Pernell Whitaker, DeLa Hoya, Robinson, Frazier, Ali, Chavez Sr., Duran, these guys were A level in my opinion.

It's a matter of opinion and we just have differing opinions.
