The lettering on this dial looks different than other examples of genuine dials I've seen. Specifically with regard to the spidering effect - a genuine dial, which has "genuinely" spidered, will be exceptionally subtle. When looking at it head-on, in fact, you most likely will not notice it. The spidering will be apparent when viewing the dial obliquely, when it is lit, but otherwise it will look ordinary. This is overdone.
