Who has most CURRENT pictures of Sub (no date) and Explorer I models?

Just got of the phone w/ an AD in my area and he insists there have been NO updates in years to either the Submariner nor the Explorer I. If memory serves, the 14060M (altho it's model number has not changed) is now COSC and the name "Rolex" repeats around and under the crystal. Does the Explorer I now have the repeating "Rolex" wording as well?

Anyone have pictures of either or both that I can refer to this guy?

Thanks.

Your AD told you

Current Sub 14060m COSC (same Cal. 3130 as in the non COSC Sub 14060m, btw.):

I have no pics of the most recent Explorer 114270, but I believe I saw a pic of an Explorer having the RBR (Rolex Branded Rehaut), somewhere here on on TRF or on another forum, as well.

14060 vs14060m

BO:
Do yo think that there will be any difference in terms of collecting these 2. I recently purchased a 14060 from AD , WHEN I HAD ASKED FOR 14060M. It was an out of state transaction.

It's difficult to foretell things....especially the future.

But IF the whole Sub range is going to be updated (ceramic bezel insert, etc.), then the Sub 14060m COSC would have been made for a very short timespan, making it potentially highly collectable. But as usual, only Rolex knows and - to use a double negative - they ain't telling us nothing.

The 14060 has not been produced since the switch from the 3000 movement to the fast beat 3130 movement in 1999.

All the Non date Subs since ~2000 are 14060M's (the M for modified).

Perhaps you meant to ask for an "M" series serial number. All "M" serial numbers are not COSC certified..

Mine is a 14060M purchased on April 3rd, 2008, it is COSC Certified and "M5XXXXX Serial number". (I could post some photos later)
