For a self-named newbie 30K is quite something to spend without really orientating your nuts off ;)
wish I had a watch wallet like that off course :) |

If you can get a good one for 30k, then yes. Do lots of research and buy the best example you can find/afford.

Whats the best full spec kit you can get for 30K?
Small crown sub? Probably can't get a big crown that doesn't need anything significant for 30K USD. 6542 PCG Gilt 5512/5513

I'd probably get a 1665 white and a 1655 Freccione - for $30k you could get excellent examples of two iconic vintage Rolexes that you'd actually wear.

To add to what I already have I'd be looking at a 6265 for maybe a bit more than 30k. If i was just starting off I'd be looking at a 5513, a 1675 and a gilt Explorer.
