Rolex to sell shares to Swatch Group
Breaking news:
Due to high valuation and to drive industry consolidation, Rolex Foundation has decided to sell majority shares of Rolex SA to Swatch Group. I am shocked. What are your guys' thoughts on legacy, quality, and future direction?
