tudor on a jurgen strap
excuse the poor photo shots, taken fast and dirty & my camera is acting up - maybe it's time for a new one -
just got two straps in from Jurgen - when he posted those shots of the pilot leathers, there's a grey pilot's No 5 that caught my eye, not quite a distressed leather but close. had him make me two straps, one with a bund, and just came in today got to say, these are a heckuva lot more comfortable than i expected, especially when brand new, and really nice straps - In just a few hours of wearing, it's already picked up a few "character" marks - suspect in a few weeks it'll have the look i'm after, but man is this strap comfortable, like i've had it on my wrist for a couple years. Just thought i'd post in case someone's looking for a great grey strap to set off a blue watch. And iirc, the grey pilot's leather jackets leather was in limited supply enjoy & again, excuse the poor photography |

thanks - i'm between two conference calls right
now but am going to try to take better shots later - jurgens straps deserve better representation - it's an interesting cross between what kind of looks like suede to a distressed leather look but the frigging straps are so soft, it's unbelieveable
was looking at some of shane delauren's straps (still waiting from a response 10 days later) but one of his straps gave me an idea that i wish i'd thought of to ask jurgen - ie, getting "US NAVY" branded on one side, just for the aesthetics - spent 5.5 years in the navy, last 1.5 years in an IUW unit back in late 60s so i guess i can claim the right to but thanks for the positive comments guys |
