I recently bought a watch from Richard, and it was a great experience.

He had a conversation on the phone about the watch, was willing to negotiate on the phone (as opposed to e-mails going back and forth). He invoiced my promptly, and the watch was under-described (Meaning it was in much better condition that he even advertised). It was a great transaction! I highly recommend doing business with Richard.
