The first answer was the correct one and listed what you need.

If you go the DJ bracelet route you have an endlink that is a 36mm contour so slightly mis-matched to your 40mm case, and the 1.8mm spring-bars are a slight mis-match to the pierced lugs.. It is a compromise, although many, many members are more than happy with this combination. It's the same compromise with the Super Jubilee, just more expensive...
