President band stretch

How to prevent stretch? What is the initial gap between links when new?

Some say do not wear too tight, others do not wear too loose. Others do not wear it. New bracelet is heavier and with solid links, stretch will be less than in previous design. Just wear it, it is a beauty!

You can't prevent bracelet stretch unless you want to keep the watch in a box and let it collect dust.

Get the new DD40 (or platinum DD2) with ceramic sleeves if it bugs you that much.

The older models will give a bit but its not worth sweating about. My watch is is around 20 yrs old (my wife bought it for me pre-owned) and is doing just fine. Wear it and enjoy it.

Wear it, enjoy it, and wash it every now and again.
