Which watches have a second timezone and also support the half and quarter hour offsets? Ideally with a second minute hand that can be set independently.

The ones I know are:
- JLC Duomètre Travel Time
- GO Senator Cosmopolite
- VC Traditionnelle World Time (well almost - it supports 37 time zones but no second minute hand so some timezone are not easy to read)

Do you know any others?
