Anything I should know?

The year 2000 16600 Sea Dweller I gave my dad has begun stopping and starting sporadically.
It obviously needs a service so I am going to take it to the London RSC.

Anything I should know about the process or tips from forum members?

Should I be asking them not to polish it or anything like that?

Thanks for any advice.

Nothing wrong with having the case polished if done by the RSC so just request a full service.

...depends.....is the case all scratched and dented...then a light polish might help.

If it's like my 2001 SD......no polish necessary...still looks 95% since I bought new back then

It's in good hands at RSC. Just be specific about what you want done.

Its personal preference I like to see when its been serviced.

Its like having your car valeted when its been to the garage.

RSC is fine. Ask for a service estimate and this way you sign off before they do anything.
