BCL or PCL on BLNR, which do you prefer?

Just a quick poll. I know this topic has been asked before... just want to know which one TRFers perfer more and why. Brushed center links (BCL) or polished center links (PCL) on BLNR. Also for those that want BCL, you could always re-polish it or simply just buy a sub bracelet and switch.

Here are a couple of pics for reference:

PCL

BCL (borrowed from cokecoke's thread)

I like both. Here's what I would do if i had one. Keep the polished until it got too many scratches...then go brushed. Sorry, not the answer you were looking for.

I prefer brushed, but instead of brushing the factory bracelet I bought a SubC bracelet and put that on....gotta love the Glidelock on the GMT!!

How much is a SubC bracelet? Will the AD's sell these to you?

PCLs all the way! Works perfectly on the BLNR. I used to have my doubts but I'm completely sold.

Polished .If you want brushed ,buy a sportie with brushed .Many around ...

BLNR with oyster beats BLNR and BLRO on jubilee.

10-15 years from now the BLNR on oyster will have a much higher value compared to now.
Just hold on to it .

I did the exact some thing! I love my BLNR on either. But for now it lives on the brushed.

I wanted to get blnr and brush links. after I got it, wore it as is for a while to see how I felt. Glad I didn't brush them now. Still like bcl but think it looks perfect as is. My 2c.

There used to be much hub-bub about having drilled lug holes on older watches. I'm curious why no one proposes drilling out the lug holes on one of these new watches?

Actually that was gonna be my next poll.

Anyway, thanks for the input everyone... and PCL seems to be leading on the poll right now.

I like the PCLs. Prefer to keep it original. PCL also dresses it up a bit and makes it more versatile in my opinion.

When I was a kid (a couple years ago) I hated PCLs. Now, I love them, I think they make the watch look like a Rolex. They're never as shiny in real-world situations as they appear in ADs or press photos.

I said PCL not because I don't like brushed as I think it looks fine same with the super jubilee as tradition justify's a jubilee on a GMT. I just kind of like to keep them like Rolex intended them to be.

I like both.

I would put the strap from my 114060 onto the BLNR as it keeps the option to go back to original. Not sure if I would have the PCL's brushed or BCL's polished.
