Question re Rolex Accessories and parts from trusted sellers
Hi Guys,
If I understand correctly, you can not buy spare parts such as dials, hands, bezels etc over the counter from any AD in the world. So I was curious as to how, or where, sellers on TRF can source BNIB dials and hands etc. i am grateful that they can of course. But just curious how some can seemingly access most parts on demand. Thanks |

Any reputable seller of authentic Rolex parts has a parts account with Rolex. This is becoming more as Rolex is reducing the number of parts accounts to control after sale servicing. In most cases these reputable sellers will require that you send your watch to them to do the repair and all repairs will be on an exchange basis (you pay for the new part and forfeit your old part that is being replaced).
