Agreed. If need the date I can rotate my bezel to mark the date - quick and easy with a bi-directional one.

That's a terrific looking Seamaster 300! On my wish list for sure. Don't find them in that condition very often.

Ah no dates! In my own opinion, the dates mechanism found in most watches are not perfect mechanism, you need to correct for 28/29/30/31 for certain months. However, this imperfection has become widely accepted and useful in more case. Frankly, I find watches without date mechanism more perfect and especially for watches costing multi-thousand dollars.
