Gold is going higher.
Hello all, I'm new to this forum. These are my first pic posts. I'm usually on TZ, but someone turned me on to this site. What do you think?

Welcome to TRF!
Whoa! What an entry! Great pics! I love the YG GMT IIc with black dial! What I especially love about the dial is that the writing (except the "GMT Master") is held in WHITE. Imho, it looks much better than the gold writing on the "Anniversary" GMT IIc (green dial). I also adore the green date font of this specific model. The "Anniversary" GMT IIc with green dial only comes with a black date font. Thanks for sharing!

I think that is stunning. I've had the YG GMT II on and certainly has presence. Well done.

Congrats!
Had a TT GMT-IIC already and didn't want a full gold watch for travel, so opted for this one last week. |

Caddy salesman
No, not a caddy salesman, in fact..I don't know any caddy salesman with a watch like this. No offense to anyone. I took the first pic on my way to a meeting in Tampa. The bottle pics were taken over christmas holiday, couldn't resist taking pics with the "gold label" johnnie. I'll post more! thanks for the responses.

I just saw one of these at an AD in CT. It had the green face...the black looks much nicer. But even so, it was a HUGE hunk of gold. That is a gorgeous time piece!

Yes, It seems that the green dial 18k GMT IIc is much easier to get. This model with the black face doesn't make it to the AD case usually. Luckily I picked mine up before the price increase. My wife is getting a new yachtmaster and I have a new daytona on the way. My AD is an old high school friend of mine and I've been buying rolex from him for over 10 years. This will be my second daytona from him, the first was a white dial, now the black is coming. I'll post pics when they arrive, thanks for the welcome!

By the way: Did you get a nice discount on it?
Some say that YG Rolex watches can be had with up to 20 %, but probably not the YG GMT IIc?
