For a watch which cost $450. What would be safest and most economical way to ship from the US to the UK (or any other parts of the world) . Any suggestion or comment is appreciated.

If it were to the middle east I would recommend DHL. For the UK, it may be best to call UPS or one of the overnight couriers for pricing.
