Pepsi vs Coke

If this has already been posted, consider it just an update as maybe opinions have changed. So I've seen a number of posts as of about a possible SS Coke or SS Pepsi, or the inserts in general, but I was curious, which do you like more? The Pepsi, or the Coke? Having been lucky enough to pickup a pre-loved 16710 and now have all three of the inserts, I'm curious what others like. Me personally, am quite torn between the two and think they both look amazing.

Pepsi is the original insert and more iconic, but just like the soft drink, I prefer Coke.

Me too Dan, all the components but for the moment wearing Pepsi. Maybe Coke another day. Kind of like you've got yours set for Pepsi.

And this is why the 16710 is the most versatile Rolex ever made. So many different looks and options...... oyster, jubilee, Nato and 3 different inserts!
Great stuff as always Dan.

Thanks, gents!

Will there ever be another Rolex like it? Doubt it. Even if more bicolor ceramic bezels are produced in multiple color combos the cost and difficulty in replacing would make the process less than ideal. The versatility of the Rolex 16710 will insure it remains in the hearts & minds of collectors.

Absolutely! Your pics have been my inspiration. Your GMT looks great in every configuration you've posted pics of. Since buying my GMT in February, I added the other 2 bezel inserts and just today I got a jubilee bracelet for it. I have strap end links for it and one Gunny strap and another on the way. I love having all this versatility in one piece.

So, to answer the OPs question, I can't decide between Coke or Pepsi. And thankfully, I don't have to.

Just ignore me :)

I used to adore Pepsi as the 1950s classic. Was about to pull the trigger on it, and then my wife completely ruined it for me by suggesting it looks like a flag of Russian federation (we are both Ukrainian). Ugh.. Arghh... Moreover, Coke's Red/Black looks like the colors of Ukrainian ultra-nationalists so staying away from that too. Long story short, I got the Batman. Happy and non-political :)

I like Coke - it's clean and sharp. I got a black and pepsi insert and currently have the pepsi on my watch and I like it a lot. But if I could have only one, it would be coke

I like Pepsi for the splash of colour. Great for casual Fridays and weekends.
