Need help ID-ing a watch

Hi folks,

I know nothing about watches but I like to check out auction sites, usually for furniture. I saw this Rolex and no one had bid on it, so I figured I'd bid and see how much it went for. I expected the first bid to be €10 because that's the usual first bid price on this site, so I hit the express bid button without checking first. Whoops! Turns out the first bid was for €1300. So unless someone outbids me tomorrow, that's what I'll be up for (plus taxes, etc.). And I don't even know if it's real. Or what make/model of watch it is.

The listing gives a model and serial number, but when I googled that model it doesn't look the same. Any help would be really appreciated!

Here it is:

Thanks!

Can't tell for certain but it looks authentic. It's been over polished and polished in places that would typically be brushed but if u like it, then no worries

I thought 69173 was a Ladies Datejust, not a Date.

It's the correct reference number.
As already mentioned, just over polished to a spit shine.
