Blue Pelagos uk price increase

Just tried one on today and it's over £3k and more expensive than the black.

Great watch but now makes the black bay an even better bet

It's not really a price rise, the new Pelagos has a new COSC in-house movement, compared to the older ETA one.

Did you think it was going to be the same price as the older version?

He actually might mean that it's actually more expensive than its black in-house counterpart. Just like how at certain ADs and watch dealers the black dial stainless steel Daytona is marked up slightly more than its white counterpart.

If the price is more than the £3020 price tag pictured then we'll certainly know for sure.

The Ernest Jones website says both colours are £3020.

The new model price is as above £3020 regardless of colour variant.

Sound like you were comparing the new blue version Vs the older black

Ugh why they picked Yellow for North Flag! :( What was wrong with white or red or green or blue... Yellow is like the only color I dont want on my watch. Sorry for the OT, but that comparison pic makes me really want the North Flag and due to color I really dont want it.

I just can not see £3020 being value for money, and 2nd hand 16800 sub date is not much more.
