We have from my collection here a minty specimen of the IWC ceramic Top Gun chronograph with box and paper. This is a discontinued model and fairly sought after within the collector fan base. The 44mm size along with the ceramic case adds a touch of stealth and looks fantastic as a weekend piece. On condition, let's call it 95% to be conservative IE, if you bought one brand new and wear it for a week, the condition would look like this one.

If you have been in search of a collector level set, this is a wonderful specimen to consider given the top condition.
