I'm looking forwards towards the pic. It's good for you to spread your mind out a bit after what has been happening to Superdog recently. :)

Grey dial/blue is the way to go. Sublime!

Congrats Seth!
I tried on the new OPs last week and was shocked at how much I liked them. In the case, not so much but on the wrist is a whole different story. Almost bought the blue dial on the spot but they didn't have the grey for me to compare. Holding out until I see it first hand. |

I'm a huge fan of the new OP39, especially the dark grey dial. It really feels like a five digit Rolex.

I have never been shy about admitting that I am looking for the one perfect watch.
And while I have realized it is not going to happen, that does not stop me from trying to find it. That said, the OP (for me), is not the perfect watch. And without good lume, I can't imagine any watch can fit that bill for me. BUT, I really like this watch. It has almost no bells and whistles. No fancy clasp assembly, no date, minimal lume and it does just about nothing but tell the time. BUT, it is so nice looking and so damned comfortable it is amazing. This watch really balances old school with new school. The entry level Rolex, for me, wears damned near to perfect in terms of size, balance, comfort and aesthetics. And I have never been sentimental about watches. Anyone that knows me here at all, knows that pretty much nothing has ever really been safe in my collection (my wife and I have the same Omega and she would kill me if I flipped it, but that is not the same thing). This I picked up during a tough time. I am sure the fuzzy feelings will wear off in time and this too might someday be on the chopping block. But right now, it is a nice reminder and I am feeling all sorts of sentimental.
