Up for grabs is a Rolex Submariner

5510 reference "Big Crown"

362,XXX serial number circa 1958 production

Excellent vintage condition case with no major dings or dents. Very thick and even lugs with original bevels still evident. Very crisp and clearly visible serial and reference numbers. No corrosion or pitting.

Dial is original, radium with heavy orange patina on plots. Dial has never been refinished or relumed and is correct and original to the watch. The lacquer is still glossy as seen in pictures and has spidered from age and radium burn. Print is clearly visible. There are no chips. Hands are gilt and radium. Minute hand's luminous material has been patched in past as seen in pics. Very nice big bubble white seconds hand.

Super dome crystal is in excellent condition

Bezel is original, brass with correct red triangle insert.

Correct and original Rolex BREVET big crown

Caseback is in excellent vintage condition. Crisp lock key teeth on outside and stamped 5510 and 1.1958 inside. No corrosion underneath the caseback and case.

Movement is original, with original butterfly rotor.

Bracelet is a Rolex Swiss rivet 7206 with 80 ends. It is in very good condition from mid 60's.
