It's been my daily and literally on my wrist day and night since I picked it up. The weight doesn't bother me at all, in fact often times I forget I'm wearing it. I'm not a diver, but I did snorkel when I was in Maui a few weeks back :) Saw some turtles and beautiful fish, but I unfortunately don't have an underwater camera, so this is what my pictures from the trip look like

Oh, by the way, here is a little pouch that I used in Maui a few months back. Just drop your iPhone into it, zip it up and you can take underwater video while snorkeling...
