Jubilee on 1680

I picked up a nice 62510h "50" with earlier 55 ends. Anybody know if these will work for a 1680? I want to try it out but I'm afraid the 55s will be too narrow (as I believe they were made for DJ)? My watch isn't back from service yet, so I can't try it on. Thanks

My TT Jubilee fit on my 16803 sub with 55 End Links. It was not perfect but it worked,I had to use the DJ Spring Bars though.

The DJ is 36 mm and the 1680 is 40 mm, so the curvature of end links for a DJ is slightly different. They'll fit on a 1680, but they won't quite be flush with the case.

You forgot to mention that it will also look terrible!

It will work just fine. The end links will need to be adjusted a bit wider, which is normal practice. 55's were used on many cases, including 1675's. Think of 580's as an example, that are called for on everything from a 1016 to a 1680. Here's a similar set up on a 5513.

Looks very nice Nathaniel; thanks to all (well, mostly all) for the input. Once I get it back, I'll post some pics.

Thank you! It was just an experiment, it does fit very well but I have to say I don't love the look. You need to pick up a GMT now, you have the perfect bracelet lying in wait.

Well, you certainly masked it with a beautiful picture. In the image you took, the set-up looks awesome!

Jubilee on 1680

Finally got around to switching out the bracelet; I think jubilee looks pretty cool and the 55 endlinks fit nicely.

Maybe you can try widening the end links slightly so that they flush well with the thicker case of 1680. It will certainly looks nicer

Looks great!

I actually prefer to wear my 16800 on my 62510H "50" Jubilee with 550 end pieces

Don't use the smaller bars ona sub case. Over time it opens and wears the holes. Ever seen a case with this? It sucks. Harry

Nice 16800 with jubilee. Look great and I m sure it is comfortable to wear. I may try this combo after this with my 16800.

Thanks! I am pretty sure you will be pleased with how comfortable it wears on the Jubilee. The 550 end pieces work very well for me.
