Hi kopykopy, it's pretty safe to assume an engraved rehaut 16750 has a 3186. The years are 2008-2011. Nothing is ever for sure with Rolex though. Look up how to test a 3186 without opening the case. The one I liked was the full crown rotation at the jump hour setting should change the hour by 8-9 hours.
