On another note, does anyone think they would use the same model number? |

If I am not mistaken the current SS Daytona has been around since year 2000?? I am on waiting list for one and the AD cant even tell me when I should be expecting one. If a New SS daytona with ceramic bezel comes out, I would drop the current daytona for a SS daytona ceramic bezel in a heartbeat. Even if a new SS Daytona comes out WITHOUT CERAMIC but the SS bezel change to triangle style and change font (like the Everose Gold model), i'll take it.

I would like to see a updated SS Daytona in a true 40mm or 42mm with the ceramic bezel.

An ice blue plat Submariner would be blue overload for me. Hope they put one on the GMTc instead.

I heard they are expanding into 47mm sized pieces to compete with Panerai and IWC from my secret source :-) Incorporating chronograph/GMT functions into the sub model is also on the agenda list.

My best guesses for Basel 2016 are:
- gold DSSD on Oysterflex - gold Daytona with ceramic bezel - Pt Sub-C - DJ40 And as usual, the new models would either be not that interesting for me, or simply impossible to obtain :( But that's just me :)
